Appybaby is an integrated digital children health monitoring system composed of a mobile device, a web platform, an electronic bracelet and a central baby monitor hub: it combines the power of a social parental information network with the knowledge of pediatric database information (provided by the Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto) for benchmarking the different stages of a baby growth. It includes in its core as a information central hub, a smart monitoring baby pacifier with multidimensional sensoring and monitoring capabilities: sound, temperature and geospacial position. It will provide a full interactive pediatric guide for the first years of life, providing useful insights and advices for the most frequent issues around the baby development timeline. This intelligent communication network will deliver useful insights to parents and family and will give the ability to schedule appointments, take pictures, record and store information for web consultation.
